Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or visit the Order Status page to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization Number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and security seals are intact, and include the printed return form inside the box.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Attach the pre-paid courier label provided in your original shipment to the outside of the package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Handover and Refund

  Drop off your package at an authorized collection point or schedule a pickup; your refund will be processed to the original payment method upon quality inspection.
